[Prism54-devel] fix for islpci_dev.h

In the Mandrake forum, there is HOW-TO for building the prism54
driver on Mandrake 9.2. The instructions works great, however I am
particularly concerned with the step that refers to islpci_dev.h.
If the instructions are telling users to modify the source code
because of unresolved symbols, why can't/isn't this being fixed in
the CVS source code. Clearly making these changes allows the module
to build perfectly. Is it something specific to the mdk kernel or
do other people have to make the same change? Perhaps it is a
version difference related to the wireless extension?

The change instructs to add the following two lines:

#define free_netdev(x) kfree(x)
#define pci_name(x) x->slot_name
