Asus L2d, Sourcemage (www.sourcemage.org), kernel 2.6.2, glibc with nptl, acpi.
With tarballs after 2004-02-16, I need to have my SMC2835WBR card inserted at
boot, if I remove it then insert it the laptop hangs. That had happened also
with a few tarballs after 2003-11-27, but got corrected before I got around to
report it.
