[Prism54-users] smc2835w cardbus on thinkpad 760xd

The PCI bridge (TI1130) does not support PCI IRQs, so, the dummy_cb module
need to be loaded to get an IRQ. Afterwards, the prism54 module can be
loaded manually. However, there is a problem when configuring eth0:

prism54: request_firmware() failed for 'isl3890', errno = -11

Earlier I get also an error message "eth0: islpci_open()", however, it
did not show up this time. (The output of lspci is also interesting, IMHO)
