[Prism54-users] SMC2802W problem ?

Hi all!
I'm using SMC2802W (prism54g compatible). Have some problem with driver(or
what ?).
When i load prism45.o is all ok. Next i try 'ifconfig eth2 up' or run
kismet with prism54g source this messages follow:

and ifconfig crashes & cant be killed. also whole linux cannot clearly
reboot.
And every shell command executed that depends on net device freezes and
never
return.
i'm using redhat 9.0. wireless tools 27, on celeron 500Mhz. i've tryed all
available firmware files (i use hotplug2004-03-29)
