I got exactly that message with my WG511 when i tried using the pcmcia-cs package drivers instead of the kernel pcmcia and yenta driver. Could be that SuSE and Knoppix use the Kernel PCMCIA while fedora uses the drivers from pcmcia-cs. Rene
