The supported cards page increase in failure count was not working. I
put an "else" in a "if" statement where it shouldn't have been. Sorry
about that. It now works. For those of you who reported the problem,
thanks.

Now go increase those failure counts please.

I've also cleaned up the DB. Oh yeah I also put up a disclaimer notice.
