Yeah, we'll have to put info on how to do this, and I may extend the
supported_cards page with a "default firmware version" column which
specifies which firmware version the windows driver for that card uses. 

"extracting" the firmware *just* consists of renaming the *.arm file 
from the windows driver to isl3890 and moving it to the proper hotplug firmware dir. 

If anyone finds a windows driver with a *generous* license please let us
know as that would work too.
