Maybe it's an issue with PCI bus version (pesky 2.2 and 2.1 PCI 
specifications), the board seems to be more than likely PCI 2.2 and your 
motherboard may be PCI 2.1.

I remember having problems with prism2/2.5 based cards with P-I 
machines: the only solution in this case was using a more recent 
machine. :-(
