[Prism54-users] [New Kernel Release] Kernel.org seem to have a new release

Patches for these for prism54 are now available, again, no major relevant
changes for us. Old patches should work.

 Latest stable:		linux-2.4.22
 Latest pre-patch:	linux-2.4.23-rc5 (NEW)
 Latest beta:		linux-2.6.0-test10
