i have a smc 54g pci, i finally got the patched kernel compiled and the driver loaded. however, when i try to set the parameter of the eth0 : iwconfig eth0 key xxxxxx -> ok iwconfig eth0 essid xxxxxx -> fail to set the id. i don't know ehy, may be someone can help .
