I'm now using a P4T mainboard from asus (see

not possible anymore. Due to limited size the smc card can't move around. eth4
is the smc card.

But after reading the message from John Lewis about soft reset timeouts and
problem to newer drivers I think maybe this is my problem too. I will start
using the cvs John suggested and if this one works fine I will go ahead and try
newer drivers.
