iwconfig eth0 mode monitor
iwconfig eth0 channel x
the last command gives an error, claiming that the channel/frequency can not be
set. To change the channel for the monitor mode I first have to switch into
managed mode, set a channel there and then move back into monitor mode.

Shouldn't channel changes be possible in monitor mode also?

Tested with the cvs snapshot of 27th Jan. 04.
