Note: the PCI ID here is 1260:3890. The subsystem ids are 1113:ee03.
The card should still work with no modifications made to our driver since
any 1260:3890 device is picked up by the driver.

Adding subids were important when we were reporting card model name at
iwname. We could still use this as printk statements at probe time. I'll
add this shortly.
