[Prism54-devel] PrismGT Cardbus card

All Prism GT chipset based cards use the same firmware, regardless if
they are PCI, miniPCI or Cardbus. There is also no special treatment for
Cardbus/PCI/miniPCI.

With cardbus you can at least use cardmgr stuff such as cardctl. That's
about it.
