[Prism54-devel] [PATCH] iwpriv set_rates support

This patch allows you to select any combination of
basic and operational rates. Example:

iwpriv eth1 set_rates "11 12,18,24,36"

A private ioctl with the same syntax is accepted into
acx100 driver by maintainer, Andreas Mohr <andi at rhlx01.fht-esslingen.de>

Patch is rediffed against cvs 20040801.
