[Prism54-devel] ISL 3893 and initialization

First, check your firmware version.  If it is version
2.x.x.x, then it is not going to work with the prism54
driver at all.  

Second, if the above is true, check the docs you get
with the SDK.  There might be an OID that is called
"Commit".  You need to set it for the other OIDs
already set to be effective.
