The micro-oven is quite far in the kitchen... We also have a Siemens
GigasetC1
cordless phone. However, it has been being in usage since more than a year.

Today I noticed some weird thing:

I plugged in my scanner into the USB, and after plugging it out I had
tried to insert this
card but the prism54 driver refused working:

cs: cb_alloc(bus 2): vendor 0x1260, device 0x3890
PCI: Enabling device 02:00.0 (0000 -> 0002)
Loaded prism54 driver, version 1.0.2.2
__alloc_pages: 5-order allocation failed (gfp=0x20/0)
prism54: could not allocate DMA memory, aborting!<3>prism54: could not
configure
network device

Plugging in and out, resulted the same message.

Finally, I have rebooted my machine. Then, when inserting first time the
SMC2835W card
again it echoed:

spurious 8259A interrupt: IRQ7.

After manually configuring the eth interface, it works but with the same
throughput
(25%).
(The card is quite warm after ejecting it, about 40-50C... I don't know
how normal this is)

About the interrupts and the pci bus, the outputs can be found below.
