[Prism54-users] Errors building prism54 cvs against 2.6.11.2

Hi! I hope to use the appropriate list for my problem.
(2nd try: This time i really changed the address from users to devel...)

First of all, i already use the driver which is in the vanilla kernel.
Runs beautifully and i´d like to say thanks for the work!! (Donations
via PayPal possible?)

However, i want to get rid of WEP encryption and tried to build the
actual cvs release in order to use hostapd. I downloaded

http://prism54.org/pub/linux/snapshot/kernel/v2.6/2005-03/patch-2.6.11.2-prism54-cvs20050313.bz2

and patched it against the 2.6.11.2 (vanilla) kernel. This worked
without errors. I configured the kernel according to the README and
started compiling; here´s what happened: (i translated some of the
output to english myself, output was german)

   CHK include/linux/compile.h
   CHK usr/initramfs_list
   CC [M] drivers/net/wireless/prism54/islpci_hotplug.o
drivers/net/wireless/prism54/islpci_hotplug.c: In function `prism54_probe':

`prism54_suspend':

drivers/net/wireless/prism54/islpci_hotplug.c: In function `prism54_resume':
drivers/net/wireless/prism54/islpci_hotplug.c:306: Error: too many
arguments for function »pci_restore_state«
make[4]: *** [drivers/net/wireless/prism54/islpci_hotplug.o] Error 1
make[3]: *** [drivers/net/wireless/prism54] Error 2
make[2]: *** [drivers/net/wireless] Error 2
make[1]: *** [drivers/net] Error 2
make: *** [drivers] Error 2

Any hints? Am i missing anything? (gcc --version -> 3.4.4, build system:
Debian Sarge)
I also tried the standalone versions; compiling ended in *hundreds* of
error messages of different kinds. I tried those first, the kernel
sources then matched the running kernel.
Additionally, i built an unpatched 2.6.11.2 kernel, booted that, patched
the sources, edited the .config according to README and recompiled -
same error again.
