It's looking for the firmware file called:
/usr/lib/hotplug/firmware/isl3890
You can download firmware files from prism54.org. Whatever version you
download has to be renamed to the above.

That's just DHCP failing which it will until the card is working.

You don't need to bother with this since you already have the driver loaded.
However before proceding check your card - if it has "v3.0" in little
letters on the back then it won't work anyway.
