Can anyone recommend a card that runs under the prism54 driver and where 
to buy it in the UK?

There are lots of places selling the SMC2802W, but having mailed a few of 
them they are either selling the second revision or they have no idea 
which they are selling.  SMC don't list the first revision on their 
website anymore so I suspect it's nolonger available.
