txpower is 127 by default.
And it seems like it's meaning is "auto" (undocomented, only my
experiments prediction).

Values greater than 127 are not accepted by firmware - it returns error.

Other value (like you mention 126) can be only if user set it.
If user set it - he wants & means it.
And nothing can be done to predict what _real_output power is
transmitted.
Sad, but true.
