I had my WG511 working since half december. It was working bur was 
awfully slow, around 10kB/s. I reinstalled the last modules from January 
10th. I don't know whether it is the fact that I compiled it (not during 
   the kernel compilation) alone or if it is due to improvement in the 
dirver itself BUT it now works as quickly as my wired interface : around 
60kB/s (it is the maximum since my ADSL connection is 512kb/s). It is 
great ! Thanks to all.
