[Prism54-users] random stop of smc2802w

my system is 2.6.0 and smc2802w with latest cvs modules of prism54. 
however, the card stop response randomly.
the dmesg show something like :
islpci_mgt_response(): queue empty, retrying (jiffies left = 900
islpci_mgt_response(): queue empty, retrying (jiffies left = 800
islpci_mgt_response(): queue empty, retrying (jiffies left = 700
islpci_mgt_response(): queue empty, retrying (jiffies left = 600
islpci_mgt_response(): queue empty, retrying (jiffies left = 500
islpci_mgt_response(): queue empty, retrying (jiffies left = 400

at that point. the prsim54.o can not be rmmod or iwconfig can not used 
to set any parameter.
this problem happens with 2.4.23 too.
