This is normal - your card is in IEEE Ad-Hoc mode and is waiting for another
802.11b/802.11g card in IEEE Ad-Hoc mode to connect to it.

Now your card is an Access Point - "Master Mode" is another definition for
the configuration the card is placed in to make it act like an AP.

A config problem. Your routing table, with the card in Managed Mode and properly
configured, should look like:

Destination     Passerelle      Genmask         Indic   MSS FenĂȘtre irtt Iface
192.168.0.0     0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U       0   0        0    eth0
127.0.0.0       0.0.0.0         255.0.0.0       U       0   0        0    lo
0.0.0.0         192.168.0.1     0.0.0.0         UG      0   0        0    eth0

There are numerous FAQs and HOWTOs on the Prism54 website and the Prism54 forums
that will teach you how to set up Managed Mode on your current distro.
