[Prism54-devel] support NetGear WG111V2

i have FC4 with 2.6.12-1.1447...
trying to use NetGear WG111v2, (lsusb=3887) people are working on it;
softmac. USB-IS`s: 0x846:0x4240
FCC ID: PY3WG111V2
It is USB 2.0 adapter.

i got latest prism54 from cvs tarball, succesfully built.
my sysfs mounted.

please, help me to make it works.
