I have the same problem on card Zyxell G-100 and kernel 2.6.13-ck2 and firmaware
prism54 1.0.4.3

This is my log..the same of each others...

eth0: timeout waiting for mgmt response 1000, triggering device
eth0: timeout waiting for mgmt response
eth0: timeout waiting for mgmt response 1000, triggering device

...and so on for about 100 lines and i have to do the reset of the device
