same problem and same messages here but with SMC2835. This card works on 2.6.10,
i have a bootoption for it, atm i am using 2.6.11.5 which won't work. i have
quite a  mass of IRQs (MSI - message signaled interrupts - is quite funny) and i
have APIC and ACPI enabled, otherwise the laptop won't work.
