Can't reboot because people use it, but you can test drivers on it huh :-P

Anyway -- this is interesting. Your initial bug report states:

So I've downloaded a couple of older snapshots, and the one from the 1st
November 2004 (prism54-cvs20041001) works fine.

Did you mean October 2004? Or did you mean prism54-cvs20041101? Also, when you
used this older driver release was your IRQ line as busy as it was now? Can you
still test this old driver to see if it still works?
