We have SMP system, but we use "noapic" boot option, because apic does not work
well with usb. I did ifconfig eth4 down, (that's WiFi) but cat /proc/interrupts
shows

 11:  964622049          0          XT-PIC  eth4, eth0

Normally, the eth4 should not be shown there after ifconfig eth4 down.
