[Prism54-devel] Softmac rate setting

Dear list,

The current softmac driver has support for RX rate detection : it'll
tell you in monitor mode at which rate the frames are received. By the
way i found that the monitor mode of the prism softmac chip is much
better than the one of my atheros card, which drops many packets (it has
more information though).

Basic infrastructure for TX rate is also there, but needs interfacing
with the madwifi, and some more reverse-engeneering ( -- have to detect
where in the tx packets the CTS rate is put -- should be straightforward
now with rate information in monitor mode ).
