[Prism54-devel] Raw sends under Windows

Hello,
I've found this software which should allow us to send raw frames to the 
wireless devices and get the USB logs :

I haven't tested it (no Windows ...). I don't know if Prism-based devices are 
supported.

My 'net2280dump' tool also uses libusb.
