I got an email for a different bug, including the address:
http://localhost/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=xxx
This should be instead:
http://prism54.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=xxx
So I guess bugzilla is configured incorrectly.

I also see in this submit form:
"... email THE MAINTAINER HAS NOT YET BEEN SET."
That looks like another missing configuration.
