I also have this bug with my SMC card; same lspci same bug but no oops...
I've played with the .c file and it seems to be a major kernel bug, a change in
the card working or somewhat.
The ndiswrapper fails to run because it needs a userspace program (PRISMSRV.EXE)
and I think it has another program also.
