As the big fat warning on http://prism54.org/supported_cards.php says:

It is possible, that SMC changed the chip inside the card without
changing anything! The Windows-driver for the 2835W works with my
NetGear WG511 without any problems, and this card is a SoftMAC card
(using the Javelin chipset).
