I tried ndiswrapper 0.10 with the WinXP driver and now the SMC resumes perfectly.
The card works fine under all circumstances.
So, I stopped using the Prism54 driver and use ndiswrapper now.
However, I you still want to debug the resume problem with the Prism54 driver, I
will be glad to help.
