Hmm, seems I rejoiced too soon :(
Today the card failed on resume with following messages :
...
kernel: eth0: mgmt tx queue is still full
kernel: eth0: mgt_update_addr: failure
kernel: eth0: interface reset failure
kernel: prism54: Your card/socket may be faulty, or IRQ line too busy :(
kernel: eth0: tx_timeout, scheduling a reset
kernel: eth0: tx_timeout
...

However, up till now, I have not been able to repeat the resume failure,
so it works most of the time.
