Well,
but actually on all platforms I was playing with - cacheline size was set to 0 which cause poor performance. And this patch is borrowed from other Linux network drivers and it definitely help.

Nope, this is wrong.
Firstly, drivers have no business poking around there and
secondly this is handled in the PCI code.
(see drivers/pci/pci.c - note that different platforms do different
things; however they all check cache line size)
