What's the actual Max Tx-Power of a SMC 2802W? iwconfig says that this card Tx-Power is at 31 dBm by default!!! The data sheet at http://www.smc-europe.com/english/support/driver_manual/wirel/download/2802W/4-SMC_DS2802W.pdf says 17.5 dBm is the Max.
