Using latest CVS version my system crashed recently after ejecting and 
reinserting the SMC2835V2. I often eject and insert without seeing this. I 
don't know how to reproduce the problem on demand. 
 
The keyboard stopped working, but I was able to log in on sshd. Forced a 
shutdown with shutdown -n.
