As Jeff stated, in the device table we should only have
global entries and not entries for each card.
This would then reduce to :
0x10b7, 0x6001, PCI_ANY_ID, ...
0x1260, 0x3890, PCI_ANY_ID, ....
0x1260, 0x3877, PCI_ANY_ID, ...
(and maybe 0x3886 ??)
Also we can rip out the pretty card display.
The information can be got from pci.ids.
Update has already been passed to pci.ids project.
I have the pci.ids kernel 2.6.8-rc1 patch ready to go.

If nobody violently objects, I'll get the patch worked up later today.
