This is not a BUG per se, but rather just a notice of how the firmware/device
acts. The card will actively always look for a better signal. To lock your
connection set the essid. I'm closing this since its not really a bug. If we
want to lock on an essid after a certain amount of time after bringing the
device up that's more of an enhancement request and it may be possible but for
now just lock your connection by setting essid.
