I know for sure that some package contain firmware.agent. Please check
bluez-bluefw. I know it, because I talked with Karsten Keil from SuSE
about it, while he was packing up the bfusb and cmtp drivers. Actually
this is the reason, why the SuSE kernel already supports FW_LOADER.
