There has definetly been some progress the last hours.
Withthe latest version now, the Oops has gone, and is replaced by a nice:

prism54: no version for "struct_module" found: kernel tainted.
Loaded prism54 driver, version 1.0.2.2
prism54: could not configure network device
prism54: probe of 0000:02:02.0 failed with error -5

0000:02:02.0 is the pci-id of the card, so it is found and recogniced.
