There ARE some critical patches there.
In particular TRDY and memleak patches.

You can always do a diff of the source from
a CVS tarball (prism54-cvs-latest/ksrc) and the kernel
source (drivers/net/wireless/prism54) to check status.
CVS changes get passed to netdev/Jeff Garzik for kernel inclusion.
There are some (non-critical) changes (Denis's cleanup, Luis's WPA work)
waiting for Jeff's approval, so that there is a diffence to 2.6.8.1/2.6.9-rc.
CVS updates/Kernel patch proposal/Kernel patch acceptance are (usually)
notified on the Prism54 Development mailing list.
