Kernel - 2.6.7 (with out patches for init&PCI code, other parts of the kernel - stock).
Prism54 driver - 1.2 with simple patch to fix PCI performance.
As a result we have a rock stable system with WiFi performance in g mode (IP layer) at 27-28Mbit/s.
