Hi Margit,

Conexant don't have uCLinux based software yet.  I am currently working
to port both prism54 driver and the Linux driver from conexant to my
application.

If, as is likely, this company has uClinux based software already,
then :
a) They already have the development kit
b) They had better quickly put download links to the GPL'd software
      on their site.
