Umm, does this mean that the license problem is gone and that now all files
are GPLed?

I think that unless the driver proves stable for some time it won't reach
2.4.24, but that doesn't mean we cannot try. On the other hand, missing
2.6.0 doesn't mean we cannot make it into 2.6.1 or later ;-)
